OFFICE HOURS AND APPOINTMENTS

Clinic is open on Tuesday-Saturday 9AM-4PM. Call for an appointment before coming to the clinic to avoid long waiting time and doctor’s unavailability. Bring your medical documents with you to the clinic, such as laboratory results, list of medications, insurance cards.

LABORATORY TESTS

Tests cannot be done without doctor's order so you need to see a doctor first.Our hospital offers 24-hour laboratory and radiology service. You can wait for the result of your lab test. Our staff can get it for you and will notify you accordingly.

FINANCIAL POLICIES / INSURANCE

• P500 - First Visit
• P400 - Succeeding Visit

• P1500 - Debridement
• P2500 - Circumcision, Suturing, Ingrown Removal, Fine Needle Biopsy, Drainage of Abscess
• P5000 - Excision and Biopsy

COVERED BY HMO:

Most HMOs cover consultation fees, laboratory tests, minor out-patient surgery procedures, major surgery procedures and hospital bills. Please refer to your insurance policy or talk to your coordinator regarding your detailed benefits.

Secure “Authorization letter” from your insurance coordinator before coming to our clinic.

PHILHEALTH COVERAGE

Covered by Philheath:
Minor out-patient procedures are covered by Philhealth with occasional excess amount. Major surgeries and hospital admissions are also covered by Philhealth at a fixed "case rate". Any excess amount is paid by either the private insurance (HMO) or by the patient. Please ask our staff for your estimated excess amount, if any.

NOT covered by Philhealth:
Consultation fees and out-patient laboratory fees are generally not covered by Philhealth.

How to avail Philhealth benefits:
Make sure your philhealth contributions are up to date.Present your Philhealth ID or any valid ID to our hospital’s Philhealth officer for online confirmation of your eligibility status.

PROMO / DISCOUNT

Full discount is available to all active AFBCP pastors and their dependents. It means NO consultation fee and NO excess amount on surgeon’s fee for all Philhealth-covered surgical procedures.

Partial discount of 20% is also available to all patients who are members of AFBCP.

Senior Citizen discount of 20% is applicable.
