Dr Jena Fernandez

Dr Jena Fernandez is a board-certified Filipino lady general surgeon with special interest in breast surgery. She is a conscientious and meticulous female doctor, assisting women and men alike in their surgery needs. Her training in high-volume government hospitals and surgical missions afforded her with swift gentle hands in every procedure and conscientious dealings toward her patients.

With the rising critical incidence of breast diseases among women in the Philippines and worldwide, she acquires special training in premier centers abroad to offer modern options to her breast patients. Being a woman, wife and mother herself, she understands the many unique challenges of a woman undergoing surgery.

Dr Jena is passionate about her faith in Jesus Christ who is the ultimate Healer and the Great Physician. She brings her expertise and compassion to many depressed areas in the Philippines and Asia with her medical mission ministry. Dr Jena is also a dedicated teacher and is well-loved by her Filipino and foreign medical students at Davao Medical School Foundation. She and her Pastor-husband together with their kids presently live in Davao City.
